Questions
What does a credit buy?
A five-second 480p draft is 15 credits, a still is 2, a 720p finish is 29, a 1080p finish is 71 and a 4K finish is 150 credits per five seconds. An agent turn on the default model is 1 credit. The app shows the price of every generation before you run it.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits arrive every month and any unused ones reset at the end of that period, on annual plans too. Top-up credits never expire, and the app spends your plan credits first.
How do the Ultra sizes work?
Ultra comes with 3,000, 6,000 or 9,000 credits a month at the same price per credit. Pick the size when you subscribe; to change it later, cancel and subscribe again at the new size.
Can I get a refund?
An unused top-up is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase: open Billing, find it in the history and click Request refund. The money goes back to your card and the credits come off your balance. A plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
Who charges my card?
Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record. Polar issues the invoice and handles sales tax or VAT for your country.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Top-ups work on their own. A plan is cheaper per credit if you generate every month, and the business plans are for teams that want a shared credit pool and one invoice.
What happens when a generation fails?
Nothing is charged. The app reserves the credits before it asks the provider, and releases them if no output was produced.
